Musical Connections was founded by Austin area balalaika musician Sergey Vashchenko. Mr. Vashchenko has a Masters Degree in Music and Orchestral Conducting from the Ural Conservatory in Russia. Along with being an arranger and conductor, he has over 40 years experience performing Classical music as well as Russian folk music.
